Cleaning fee
For stays up to 7 days, a cleaning fee of 30 euros, as well as an additional 10 euros per person (for sheets and towels) is charged.
Basic cleaning
Basically a basic cleaning for longer stays, 1 time per week.
Individual
Usually the cleaning is done after your departure, if an additional cleaning during your stay or the change of sheets and towels is needed, this is possible by agreement, but also accounts for above rates.
Deposit
50% of the total rental price (at signing of contract) – payment by bank transfer
